1. The question you asked after the panel discussion (10 marks)

How do you think the KGH Hospital at home program can help reduce pressure on inpatient beds while maintaining quality of care?

This question encouraged deeper discussion about operational impact, system flow and patient outcomes. It goes well with the topic and allowed Carys to demonstrate detailed knowledge on her solution

2. How did you feel it was answered by (10 marks)

I felt the question was answered very thoroughly and confidently. Carys provided specific data, explained the program’s processes clearly and directly addressed impact on inpatient bed pressure and quality of care. It was great that she linked stats. Her response was complete and showed strong understanding of her solution and topic in general

3. What went well? (5 marks)

Cary’s gave a clear, structured and evidence based answer with stats. She explained the connection between Hospital at home, ER flow and inpatient pressures in a way that was easy to follow. Her tone and delivery was confident and knowledgeable.

4. What can be done better? Identify 2 or more areas of improvements (10 marks)

Some portions of the response contained a lot of detailed information that was delivered quickly and it was a bit hard to process . I was thankful for the recording to listen again. She could have done a brief summary statement at the end to reinforce the key ideas.
Maybe adding a short patient example or scenario could help make the content more relatable and easier to visualize

5. What can be done to improve? (Provide 3 or more suggestions for improvement). (15 marks)

She did great. It’s hard to pick things to improve. Some I could suggest would be to slow the pace a little when giving stats and numbers so we can absorb the details. Would help to include a patient example. A summary at the end to go over the main benefits of the solution
